Nutritional Therapy addresses nutrition from a holistic and foundational perspective. Utilizing a thorough intake, food journal, mindset work, hands on palpations, and muscle testing, we are able to determine nutrient deficiencies, as well as systems and organs that may need support.  Because of our bio-individuality, I do not believe there is a one size fits all food template.  I strongly believe in properly prepared, nutrient dense, whole foods as the foundation for everything we do.  Finding out what that looks like for you as an individual is one of my favorite parts of nutritional therapy!

Taking this step to optimal health will require a good deal of commitment from you. Healing takes place through these specific and personalized food choices and lifestyle changes, as well as supporting digestion, blood sugar balance and other systems of the body.
